Delete your Tikio account

In the app (version 4.7 and later)

1. Open Tikio and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email contact@tikio.app with the subject “Delete my Tikio account”. Send it from the Google account you sign in with and include your Tikio username. Guest users: include your username and, if you have one, a purchase order ID so we can confirm the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile, email, notification token and the link to your social username.
• Your coins and any orders still in progress (they are forfeited).
• Your follow, streak, referral and order history, and email and notification logs.

What is kept

• Purchase records (order ID, product, price, date, Google Play purchase token), without your name, email or links, for 10 years, for refunds, chargebacks and accounting.
• A social username blocked for a fake purchase, for fraud prevention, for 3 years.
• If you unsubscribed from Tikio emails, your email address stays on our do-not-email list so we never email you again.

Refunds for Google Play purchases are requested from Google Play, not from this page.
